WHO WILL ACT?
START WHERE YOU ARE. ACT WHERE YOU CAN.
Who Will Act? is both a new book by Eliyahu and a companion assessment-and-action app. Together they ask a practical question: once we become aware of what is happening within us and around us, what responsible action is actually ours to take?
One question. Two ways to engage it.
The Book
A Practical Guide to Personal Responsibility, Community Renewal, and a World Worth Rebuilding
The book develops the larger framework: how awareness becomes responsibility, how responsibility becomes action, and how individuals and communities can move from diagnosis toward meaningful participation in renewal.
Release date: October 10, 2026
The Companion App
The app turns the framework into a guided personal assessment and action process. It helps you understand where you are, identify where you can make a meaningful difference, and choose the next responsible step.

The journey from awareness to action
Awareness → Discernment → Responsibility → Action → Growth
The goal is not simply to know more. It is to understand what is yours to do next, at a scale where responsible action is possible.
Five domains of responsible action
Personal Formation
Awareness, habits, integrity, resilience, and the inner work that makes sustained action possible.
Relational & Community Readiness
How we show up in relationships, households, neighborhoods, and communities when responsibility becomes shared.
Civic & Institutional Engagement
Understanding institutions, participation, accountability, and the practical pathways through which change can be pursued.
Crisis Literacy
Learning to distinguish signal from noise, understand pressure and disruption, and respond without surrendering judgment.
Ethical & Prophetic Responsibility
Examining what conscience, moral courage, and the prophetic tradition may require when awareness can no longer remain passive.
Start where you are.
The app is available now. The book releases October 10, 2026. You can begin with either one and use the other to go deeper.
